Comedian Alonzo Bodden has been named the host of STREETS OF AMERICA: THE SEARCH FOR AMERICA’S WORST DRIVER.  Currently in production in major cities around the country, the show will premiere on the Travel Channel March 14, 2010 at 10PM.  Bodden, who recently hosted “101 Cars You Must Drive,” was the season three winner of “Last Comic Standing” and a season five judge.

Bodden didn’t always make his living as a TV host and stand up comic.  A graduate of Aviation High School, he earned his paycheck for nine years as a jet mechanic for Lockheed and McDonnell Douglas.  His movie credits include “Scary Movie 4,” “Bringing Down the House,” and “The Girl Next Door.”  On television, he has played bouncer/crook/security guard/cop on “Angel,” “Grounded for Life,” and “Profiler.”  Alonzo most recently appeared as a regular field correspondent on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”
